Comprehensive cardiovascular assessments including cardiac computed tomography Left Pedal and invasive coronary angiography revealed a coronary-pulmonary artery fistula with giant aneurysmal dilatation.The patient was managed conservatively and has now been followed up for 5 years without any events.
